We will invite you to come to our facility to inspect the unit before making a decision. If you are in agreement, you can move in immediately or reserve the unit.
We can even help with a Removals quote. There is also a packing service we can recommend as well!!
A Licence Agreement outlining the conditions of use including access, payments, prohibited items etc is completed and a copy of the Terms & Conditions are given to you with your copy of the Licence Agreement. Our Insurance options are explained as we require all items in storage to be insured.

A: It is secure do it yourself storage space for personal or business use. It is effectively your own tailored secure storage space away from your home or place of business.
A: Temporary storage of home contents during house moves or renovation works. Relocating abroad and need to store furniture or general decluttering.
Businesses use self storage for Archiving, Seasonal excess stock, Online traders inventory and storage furniture.
A: The customer contacts the self storage company with information about what needs to be stored (sized property, inventory, van size) we suggest an appropriate sized unit, the customer visits our facility and confirms that the unit is right for them, a licence agreement is signed and you can store immediately.
A: You have unlimited access to you storage unit and can even gain access after opening hours.
A: For as long as you like. The minimum rental period is 4 weeks and all you need to do is give us 2 weeks written notice. (Email will suffice) and your contract with us will be terminated.
A: The costs vary by size of unit and length of storage period. That can be worked out for you once the size of unit is known.
A: The only other cost will be insurance. We expect all customers to have insurance on their possessions in storage. It can be provided by us or by the customers own provider. If the customer decides to insure through their own insurers, we require proof of insurance in the form of a cover letter stating this. You will also need a padlock to secure your storage unit!
A: Payment is always in advance and can be made by means of a Credit/Debit card initially then, we can accept Credit/Debit cards, Standing Orders and Cash.
A: Yes! We do stock Packing Boxes and a range of other accessories including Bubble wrap, Packing Tape, Marker Pens, Box Labels and Dust Covers all competitively priced. Click here to view our box shop!
A: You can bring them in your own vehicle depending on size and quantity. If there are larger items and larger quantities, we can put you in contact with a local Removal Service that will provide you with a no obligation quote to move your possessions. We can also direct you to a van rental company and arrange a discount if possible.
A: Only you! You can authorise access by another party but, it must be done in writing.
A: Our facility is fully alarmed and is CCTV monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
A: We have a wide loading bay with trolleys and barrows you can load to get you to your storage unit.
A: Yes! You can reserve a unit by just placing a refundable deposit on it. The balance can be paid on the day you sign the licence agreement.
A: Reserving a unit is a way of ensuring that you have the space guaranteed on the day that you are moving. We cannot guarantee a unit will be available unless you reserve it. The deposit is normally the security deposit that will be refunded at the end of your stay in storage so, there is no extra outlay to reserve.
A: That is no problem. You can go into a larger or smaller unit on the day (once available). In general you can upgrade or downsize as and when needed. You only need to let us know and we will ammend the licence agreement and rental accordingly.
A: We offer discounts for prepayments normally (3-5 months= 10%), (6-9 months= 20%), (10-12 months = 25%). We also give a 10% off your next invoice for any referral that signs up with us. They just need to quote your name and unit number when signing their licence and we will adjust your next invoice!
A: Any refund of unused rent or security deposit upon vacating will be done in the form of cheque. We will confirm all address details with you, inspect the unit to see that it is left in the condition it was received and arrange for a speedy return of all monies owed.
